I was in the store yesterday and I've never had such kindness shown to me. The young lady who took care of my return for my mom went above and beyond. She brought the exact size my mom needed and even put it on for her n put her old shoes in the box and brought them to us. I so greatly appreciated her help. If all employees were like that the world would be a better place. I didn't catch ur name but thank you so much for your kindness.

This store is a great place to get your shoes without having to go to Huntington or Charleston. Everyone is friendly ecspecially Donna Thacker and Jenny Lowe.
