“This is my favorite AutoZone location specifically because of Junior. I’ve gone to see him several times and I’ll even drive far out of my way to come here if I’m working on a vehicle with other AuZo locations closer. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. When he didn’t have a particular part in stock he called several other locations just to make them check if they actually had it even though it said they did online before sending me there to get it. To sum it up: he cares. That’s priceless in today’s world. 10/10 would recommend!”
“I’ve dealt with them a few times over the years and service is always good. Had an issue with my windshield getting destroyed and not figuring out how it happened, but I didn’t make a fuss because they allowed me to store the vehicle there for quite sometime before I was able to junk it.”
“They did a terrific job but I only gave them four stars because the owner said he would buff out the other headlight and he didn't. They fixed the bumper and replaced the other head light assembly. It looked terrific. I would use them again in the future but wouldn't pay until he did what he said he was going. Workmanship was great. Sticking to what he said he would do cost him that 5th star.”

“I called RAD yesterday looking for help getting keys to an ARE truck cab. Sam gave me her recommendations on what I needed to do to get the correct key ordered. About 15 minutes later she called me back and asked me to come up to their shop in Erlanger, she had a bunch of keys that we could go through to try and find a match. We were able to find a match and save me a lot of time and money! Sam did not have to call me back and go through the hassle but she did. If RAD and Sam are willing to go the extra step for a random set of keys, how well is their service to a paying customer? I would recommend them to anyone looking for a bed liner, cab or any service they provide. Thank you again!”

“I had a great experience with Mike's Body Shop this winter. I took my car in with some exterior damage. Mike's was able to get it looking like new for the reasonable quoted price. I was also planning to catch an Uber after dropping off my car, but the owner was kind enough to drop me off at home a short distance away. “Adam did a wonderful job explaining what they were going to do, what they would have to take apart, and a rough estimate of completion. It came back perfectly painted and blended, even though it was only a scratch, I will attach a before & after picture as I am very satisfied with the car’s work. However, I don’t enjoy giving a not-so-nice review, but I am knocking one star off due to the front desk lady’s demeanor being kind of off-putting. The lady I talked to on the phone was very kind, but once I went to drop my car off, the lady working the evening shift was not very personable or friendly. Can’t expect perfection, but I do expect some sort of customer service and it did fall short of my expectations. Handled billing the insurance company and I didn’t have to do a thing, very thankful for that! Thank you to Adam and his team for excellent repairs.”
