“Had my 2024 Sienna repaired. As cars have gotten fancier, the repairs get scarier. Almost 2 weeks out and no problems, and the fact that they stand behind their repairs makes it easy. They were very professional, fast, courteous- top notch from start to finish. I hope to never return (but only because I hope I dont damage my car). Highly recommend!”
“They did a terrific job but I only gave them four stars because the owner said he would buff out the other headlight and he didn't. They fixed the bumper and replaced the other head light assembly. It looked terrific. I would use them again in the future but wouldn't pay until he did what he said he was going. Workmanship was great. Sticking to what he said he would do cost him that 5th star.”

“Someone with a truck opened their door and put a big dent in my car. I stopped in for an estimate. Clint Knab waited on me. Probably one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. He was able to get me in for service in a couple days. Sam worked on taking out the dent. The work he did was phenomenal. There is no trace of the dent what so ever. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Knab Auto Body.”

I received an honest and thoughtful diagnosis of the repair work, which I appreciated as someone who doesn’t do this kind of work everyday. The lady in the office and Lee were very polite and helped make everything simple. I furthermore appreciated the extra insights Lee gave on the repair that ended up being very valuable. “I had a great experience with Mike's Body Shop this winter. I took my car in with some exterior damage. Mike's was able to get it looking like new for the reasonable quoted price. I was also planning to catch an Uber after dropping off my car, but the owner was kind enough to drop me off at home a short distance away. Washington Motors was the best price, the friendliest, AND the most responsive. It didn't feel like he was BSing me or jacking up the price because he knew it was an insurance claim. The whole process was easy and the final product was great. Our van looked like new after he was done with it.”
“Had some trouble initially getting a hold of them but eventually got things figured out and they did a really good job repairing my wife’s car! They’ve gone above and beyond to make things right which I’ve really appreciated and they do quality honest work for an extremely reasonable price. Just keep in mind that because of how good their work is they are extremely busy so if you can’t get a hold of them that’s probably why!”
