Not gonna get my business anymore.
Had my truck ready to be worked on through an insurance job with estimate already done. The receptionist insisted that I had to get another estimate and she was very, very rude about it. She was rude and short and barely allowed me to speak. I’m not disrespectful to people, not until they are with me. I won’t tolerate it. I’m done!
I had work done there before and I was about to return but NOT NOW!!!

Not Recommended – Poor Service and Quality
I chose this company because their quote was slightly cheaper than another shop’s—unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. From the start, the experience was disorganized and frustrating. The person who gave me the quote barely spoke to me and provided no clear information about when my car would be ready.
When I picked up my car, I had to return it less than 24 hours later because the bumper was already falling off. They did take it back and attempted to fix the issue, but told me that if it happened again, they might need to add a bracket. Sure enough, a month later, the problem returned.
When I brought it back in, they said I’d need to pay additional charges to fix what should have been done right the first time.
Looking back, I should’ve spent the extra $40 and gone with the other company. Save yourself the time, money, and headache—go elsewhere.

Adam did a wonderful job explaining what they were going to do, what they would have to take apart, and a rough estimate of completion. It came back perfectly painted and blended, even though it was only a scratch, I will attach a before & after picture as I am very satisfied with the car’s work. However, I don’t enjoy giving a not-so-nice review, but I am knocking one star off due to the front desk lady’s demeanor being kind of off-putting. The lady I talked to on the phone was very kind, but once I went to drop my car off, the lady working the evening shift was not very personable or friendly. Can’t expect perfection, but I do expect some sort of customer service and it did fall short of my expectations. Handled billing the insurance company and I didn’t have to do a thing, very thankful for that! Thank you to Adam and his team for excellent repairs.

I wrecked my Ford Edge that was almost new:( It is dark but green in the sun, I doubted it would ever look good again. I swear it looks better than when I drove it out of the showroom! 100% recommend Gerber Collision!!

I was put in a position where I had to intrust my car to Gerber collision twice right after Thanksgiving and after New years both locations came through for me great service they made my car look brand new like nothing happened and I greatly appreciate the professionalism and great detail they put in to putting my car back together so thank you and you always have a customer in me 5 star service

Very professional place and service from booking to discussion on my car -all very impressive. I had my insurance Encompass preapprove the meeting and the expert there (I think his name was Ken) gave me advice and options that made sense.

Gerber Collision was heaven sent when someone stole our car and destroyed it they towed from the impound lot to their shop and repaired it quickly and efficiently I would recommend them to anyone and the repairs were done early… thank you so much
