“I come to this laundromat and washed things for business use . I have for over 20 years . I have memories of customer's not bothering my laundry while I was at the office down the street. I had a refund coming from venmo and the owners refunded me and they are a honest business.”

“I have been using laundrmax on Glenway ave. Cincinnati and a lady named Samantha manages the place. Samantha is so very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. I also see her helping others and cleaning the business. She also worked on her Birthday and she always greets the people with genuine grace and enthusiasm. I hope she is rewarding hansomly and is also appreciated for her dedication and hard work. Sincerely Will S.”

“Nice and clean facility with plenty of room for folding. Limited number of the large machines though, so if you need one of those you might need to wait. I did not see an add on of a pre rinse selection prior to adding your clothes and running your cycle which made me a little worried. I like that feature a lot at another laundromat. They have several ways to pay which makes it easy on the customer. There are seating areas, a few TVs and an area for young kids with books and a toys.”

“Nothing but good experiences with them, this business is family owned and you can tell, there very strait forward with you and are always honest and kind as well! Either renting a tux or simply getting something dry cleaned there I have had nothing but great experiences and could not recommend enough. Just make sure you let them know of any tailoring adjustments that need to be made to your tux and it will fit amazing as well!”

“I come all the way from Covington to fo my laundry and a laundromat is almost right at the top of the street I live on. Im usually here late at night and 85% of the time I am the only one here which I love. I also love the fact that for $20 i can just get 20 gold dollars instead of 80 quarters. Its alot lighter in my pockets. Machines wash good and dryers work good most of the time. The bathroom is open even late at night which is not normal in a place without an attendant. Im grateful my friend showed me this place and I've never turned back.”

“Ended up doing the equivalent of 5-6 loads of clothes in 2 washers at once. Ended up saving me a lot of time. Id suggest this over paying for those quarter machines in a dingy basement.”

“Though most machines use coins more than cards, both are an option to convenience the customer. The atmosphere is friendly and the neighborhood is very chill. The only concerns may come in regards to those without homes but they are not causing any trouble from my interactions with them so don't hesitate to stop by if the location is convenient for you. ✌?”

“I love Covington Laundromat it's extremely affordable, clean, and very friendly staff. Janice comes in different times of the day and cleans up she is always friendly and one time I was doing laundry the washer auto started the cycle again and broke down and luckily she and the other nice lady was there to stop it and she gave me a refund so I could re wash my clothes she always talks with my boys that come to help me with laundry and is just awesome. I have gone at different times on different days and sometimes it is really busy but most of the time it's nice and quiet I won't go to any other Laundromat”

“This is one of the most reliable dry cleaning services I’ve used. The staff is courteous, and they treat every item with care. My clothes always come back clean, fresh, and neatly pressed. Even stubborn stains are handled very well without damaging fabrics. Turnaround time is quick, and pricing is fair for the quality provided. The service is consistent and trustworthy, and I’m very satisfied overall. I will continue using them and happily recommend them to others.”

“A little confusing on using QR codes but also a benefit when you migjt be short on quarters, Plus the arguing duo was blocking the change machine. More seating would be nice. Dryers work well. The couple fighting inside and then outside made for an interesting day, washing my oversized comforter was less boring.”
-
4368 Reading Road, Cincinnati OH 45229
“I have been going to this location for years and the cleanliness has gone down a few batches. Attendants can take their time sweeping up and the new ones insist on closing the washer’s doors instead of letting them dry so now you get a strong mildew smell from some of the machines. I was quite disappointed when they reduced the number of carts available and even more so because they took out the ones that had the hanging bar. That means I have to go somewhere else when I have clothes that need to be hung up. It’s a good place overall and glad that it’s an all day service, but they need to get back to the prior standard of cleanliness. The machines work with a preloaded card which is great, and you can easily add more funds to the card. I love going on holidays when it’s not as crowded, or late at night.”

2650 Kipling Ave, Cincinnati OH 45239
“i'm a big review reader. this place had terrible reviews but i came here anyway bc it's close and takes quarters which i had already gotten out. i'm so glad i came! the receptionist was so helpful. the machines are not gross as others have said. there is a snack machine and free wi-fi. i'm very happy - will return.”

“Very nice and friendly workers. Ended up having to go late at night to wash my work clothes and other clothes because I worked late and the workers were very accommodating to my needs when I ask them questions they knew the answers about the washers and dryers and even suggested which one that I should use pertaining to how much laundry I had”
