“I don't think I have ever been happier with a Storage Facility. I moved in a couple months ago after my dissatisfaction at another storage facility. I must say this facility is absolutely amazing! First: The ease of the website, I have no issues what-so-ever when accessing the online portal. Second: The facility is absolutely one of the cleanest that I have ever seen. It even smells clean. No debris, no disgusting bathrooms. Non-working gates or doors. Just functional. Third: The price! The prices of the units is amazing! Lastly, Callie is an absolute gem. He truly helped me to navigate a stressful move and was friendly, knowledgable, and genuinely helpful. I love that he remembers my name when I come in and he's always cheerful and pleasant. “Had a very good experience with my move using H. Johnson Moving. They guys were right on time as promised and they were very courteous and fast with carting things to the final destination. I wasn't moving very far and they told me the duration should fall within their two hour minimum and surely enough it did. My movers were rock stars - I was amazed at how quickly they got things done and had no damaged items upon unpacking. I would definitely use them again, no question!”

They do have their faults (every company does) but this company is great and I hope to return to this great company in the future. They are cautious with the loads they carry and accommodate most needs to get the job done.”

Adrian, Robb, and Scott were absolutely professional from start to finish. They worked cohesively together, and they had great energy and positive attitudes throughout the entire process. The work they do is clearly daunting, but you wouldn’t know it with these gentlemen. Their customer service is second to none!”

“Ferguson Moving relocated my father yesterday and did a fantastic job. Steve, Brendan, Mark, and Rodney all were courteous, professional, and efficient. I understand they have been doing this for several years and their experience showed. They were on time, they listened to our concerns about the antiques not being the easiest to move, and then they went to work. They had the challenge of unloading the truck with impending storms, but finished just in time. All of the castors were place back on the antiques, and all beds were quickly rebuild. Nothing was damaged or marred in any way. I was impressed with how clean the truck was - even saw Steve spraying down the trailer where dirt had gotten in. I liked that the owner, Wayne Carlton came to the house to see exactly what we had to move. Definately call them if you care about the furniture you are moving.”

“Called Lou at the last minute needing a mover. He and his crew came out earlier than promise and was able to get the job done within several hours. I've used other local moving company and have been unhappy but not with A-1 Veteran's. They were profession, furniture arrived without any damages, boxes placed where I needed, and they even help us place a large room down in my living room. Other moving company employee would take smoke breaks but Lou's crew never took a single break, not even for lunch. I highly recommend Lou and his company.”

“Incredibly helpful- I was getting a hitch put on my car and the way it’s typically done would hurt the warranty. The owner let me know he does not recommend it for that. Tried to find the part elsewhere and then came out to my bronco to look at it and find a solution. This team went absolutely above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. Idk about renting anything but for a hitch- they took great care of me.”

“Recently rented a van and it was great experience -excellent service and support-I had a very modern van with backing up cameras, air cond. etc. Person there was friendly and helped me with choices and options. This is the second great experience in the past year. The email and sign up was easy -you can use your phone to upload license etc. which makes check out very simple.”
