Brought my car through the wash bay. Heard a loud pop and came out with a super flat tire. Had to call a tow. Tried to call the number on the business account and it just rang and rang and rang….

Just went to use the touchless car wash and it literally didn’t work. Only part that worked was the 1st step which cleans under the car and it was for about 7 seconds. Then the foam bath flashed and 4 drops dribbled out. Rip off. Can’t even get anyone on the phone.

I been using the one on turfway and boy I’m glad I came to this one. I didn't use the vacumm. The water Seems to have more pressure and soap and while it’s a dollar more, you get double the time and adding a quarter, if you need more time, gives you 2 whole minutes! Plus quarters instead of tokens. ???? A+

When you pull up and see payment instructions hand written on cardboard, expect the least. Water jets kind-of work, and air blower was weak.

Lol I’ve never been here and didn’t lose money either in the change machine not giving you your exact change so make sure you count after inserting your money …..your better off bringing your own products unless you want to lose money smh those vending machines take your money most of the time I’ve just walked away but they getting rich off of the people like me just walking away lol call the. Umber to get your change back smh ??♀️

This is the second time in a few months that I pull up to the drive-thru wash. Use my credit card, select the wash, get approved and …nothing. Tue car wash never turns on.Calling the number listed for the business get you nowhere. Two times, $10 each time just gone. I won’t do it a third time.

Does anybody knows if I can call the city or someone to tell that is not fair that they keep taking your money and can't refund it, if a machine fails, but if a machine does not work, nobody can give your money back. I come here so often, and always someone is having issues with the automatic carwash, today the machine took my money, and mever worked $10. Only, but how many had the same issue in one day? I'm a local resident and would like to take this issue to someone else, the only way they will hold accountable or improve their service.

This business is not professional ! I went there 5/25/2023 for an automated car wash. Took my $10 off my card and didn’t let me wash. The worker came to me and took my name and number to give to the boss, I haven’t heard from them. I drove up there again to see if management was there, nobody! So I have to dispute through my bank!!! Rate 0!!!Services: Scratch removal

Horrible. Tried to get the $10 car wash and my card was charged 3 times and the carwash wouldn’t start. Tried to call the number on the website and you already know it just rang and rang and rang. Wouldn’t go there.

I purchased the $10 wash, which is the higher priced one. & the undercarriage wash did not even work. You definitely pay for what you get. Usually a GREAT car wash ranges from $15-$20 so I probably will not pay $10 for a wash that didn't even work correctly. I do have good days here so maybe it just wasn't working today. Just still annoyed because I could've spent an extra couple bucks at a better car wash for what I just got. Disappointed. Check your systems before allowing people to go through them.

I've always enjoyed going to this small place, until today. My car was just as dirty after getting washed as it was before. Very disappointing. Tried to reach out to owner, but the phone just rang and rang. Probably won't be going back.

Took my card and charged me and the car wash never turned on. Number just rings for a refund. Have to dispute with the bank.
