Our last experience was not great. I ordered online through the app, which I have done before. We didn’t receive a receipt on the door so we didn’t know the driver came, I called and they confirmed that he driver was there and I checked the gage and correct he was there but also over filled on the amount I ordered. The operator at the company notified me I should not order online but call directly for assurance they put in the proper amount. Also drivers computer wasn’t working that is why we didn’t get a receipt. So now I owe more than we had planned.

Ferrellgas is a terrible company. Paid for gas over two weeks ago and still cannot get a delivery. If you are looking for a reliable and dependable company choose elsewhere.

Please stay away from using this company. We placed an order for delivery back on January 8th when our tank was 50percent full. It is now we were scheduled to have delivery prior to January 21st. It’s now January 25th and we no longer have any propane to heat our home. It is 12 degrees outside. We have called multiple times and keep being told they do not have any ability to give me an answer of when some one will be out to provide propane. I had already prepaid them over $650 to come out. No one from management will speak with us or rectify the situation. They wont refund our money. They know we have small children and our mother who is on hospice living with us. They just don’t care. Horrible customer service.

I guess they don’t need anymore business. We have been trying for months to get additional service as we are already a customer and can’t get anyone to respond. Horrible customer service! Might be time to look elsewhere.

I have been a customer for many years. They are always on time. Ken at the Sparta KY location is always a joy to speak with. I have never been unhappy with bad service as I have read other post about.

Awful experience. We moved into our home earlier this year and there was a Ferrell gas propane tank on the property. The tank was leaking so we decided to install a heat pump. We had to call 3 times over a month to get them to finally come and pick up their tank. Then they want to charge us a $206 pick up fee for something we have never used.

Have a 19 year old battling stage 3 cancer! Children’s opted into helping us with our tank and we had communicated this pledge to ferrellgas but they decided to come pick up the tank when we were supposed to be getting it filled this week

There is no staff at the Sparta, KY location. Local phone number is routed to a call center. No in person services available onsite.

I have been very happy with Ferrellgas, When i moved into my new house that had an existing Ferrell tank I had a first fill before winter, it was very timely and at a good cost. After the initial fill i started to have a problem with being able to run my gas stove and my fireplace at the same time. I called Ken and he quickly came out and completed troubleshooting to determine the regulator needed replaced. Ken had the regulator replaced and I was back in business. a few months later I noticed that it seemed i was using more gas than what I should with my main use being for the gas stove. I called Ken again and he was right out to check again and found a faulty regulator that was leaking out of a pressure valve. Ken quickly had the regulator replaced and then called for a refill for my tank at no charge. Great customer service.

Always have paid and they expect Payment in Advance on day of ordering but takes over a week to get any gas delivered. Stay away from this company if you expect good customer service.
