We stopped by O’Reilly Auto Parts after realizing we had brought the wrong size hitch to pick up our U-Haul trailer. Since we didn’t want to drive all the way back to Bardstown, we went into the store hoping to purchase the correct size.

The store manager went above and beyond what we ever expected. He told my husband that he had an extra hitch and was willing to lend it to us, asking only that we return it when we were finished. My husband gladly agreed, and we were honestly amazed by his kindness and willingness to help complete strangers.

Although we didn’t end up making a purchase, the customer service we received was outstanding. The staff truly cared about helping us and turned a stressful situation into a positive experience.

“An amazing shout out to Associate, Jakoby and Manager, Jose for their help today! Came in for a headlight bulb for a car I was borrowing. When I went to leave, the vehicle wouldn’t start. They tested the battery for me and helped me purchase a new one along with putting it in, mind you it was caked corroded crud. Jose helped get us back up and running in no time!
