When I click on “last statement” I receive one dated March 2023 and it showed a balance. I called and they said “0” balance. I have run into this before. Why does this keep happening. The statement on Myferrellgas does not match what I get when I call.

Our propane was at 15%. We own our tank, and the company we have purchased propane from for couple years would not sell us gas at this time due to shortage and filling only there tanks. Called Ferrell, and within 3 days had our tank filled. With this cold weather we are very grateful. We have gas heat and water heater. Thank you Ferrell gas.
