The hosts were so kind and accommodating, including editing breakfast when I explained my dietary needs. The area is *stunning* and the house has wonderful old charm. It was for a beautiful romantic birthday getaway, and we can't wait to go back!

We celebrated our 25 wedding anniversary here! The owners are so kind and friendly. It's such a peaceful beautiful place inside and out! I would highly recommend staying here the mini donkeys was the icing on the cake!

Very cool room with a library that's great for book nerds like myself. All you hear are the occasional cows mooing and apparently a rooster (I missed it, from the Lincoln room). The best part is dessert and tea in the dining room every night. Really nice stay, but keep in mind it's a small town, so try to get there early so you have some dinner options and can explore before things close up (seems like 8pm-ish).

My Mom, daughter and I did a girls trip over a long weekend. This place was perfect! The food was wonderful and the owners are just as wonderful! If you get an in room massage I highly recommend! I hope to return with my husband.

We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was very clean. The owners and staff took a lot of pride in serving our breakfast and insuring we had a wonderful stay. The homemade breakfast and dessert in the evening was delicious!

Justin met us at the door and showed us around and took us to our beautiful Audobon room. It was a birthday celebration and the ordered cake, champagne with glasses was displayed nicely.
Catherine fixed a wonderful breakfast, served at our desired time. Enjoyed visiting in the dining room with the other guests.
Don't expect a pristine 5 star hotel. It is a natural setting with chickens, donkeys and horses. Would go again.

The mansion was amazing. Desert and breakfast was outstanding (all homemade). Bedding was so comfy. Overall, great stay!

We just spent three days at Maple Hill Manor and really enjoyed our stay. The innkeepers were very friendly and accommodating when we had questions. The other staff members were very sweet. We stayed in the John Audubon room, which was very spacious and comfortable; the breakfast was out of this world (delicious and filling). I think my favorite part was sitting on the patio in the evening with a glass of wine and watch the chickens peck around us. This bed-and-breakfast is conveniently located, not too far from Bardstown and other attractions, so it was the perfect location for all that we wanted to do.

Justin and Catherine (our gracious hosts) have indeed succeeded in continuing the traditions and hospitality of this amazing piece of Heaven on Earth. We’ve stayed here before and will always stay here when our travels take is to Kentucky. This was our first trip sharing Maple Hill with friends and they could not have been happier. The home is exquisite and everything anyone could want. Each room has its own unique charm and story. Catherine’s breakfasts are a perfect way to begin your day—they are really great! As is coming home from a day out to cakes and coffees in the evening. We thank you both for a great stay and highly recommend Maple Hill to everyone!

My husband and I stayed at Historic Maple Hill Inn for our 20th anniversary and we absolutely loved it! Justin and Catherine are wonderful hosts and made us feel like old friends. The food was amazing and delicious. We enjoyed the breakfast, dessert, charcuterie board, and picnic lunch. We looked forward to every meal! We stayed in the Lincoln Room and enjoyed the books on nearly every wall! The bed was comfortable and we slept great both nights! We enjoyed a fire on the patio in the evening and walking the farm in daytime to greet the donkeys, horses, and chickens. We hope to return in the future and we highly recommend Maple Hill Manor!

We had a wonderful two nights here and would highly recommend it for anyone wanting a quiet getaway. The breakfast and evening desserts were all homemade and fantastic. We will definitely be back!
