I have never needed to go to an auto parts store before, but my husband was at work and my car wasn’t starting right. Associate Rylin told me they do free battery checks. My battery was dead! I was getting ready to make a long trip and that wasn’t good. My husband had purchased the battery previously from O’Reilly’s and it was under warranty. David that works there was the nicest and most helpful person. He replaced my battery in the 110 degree heat with a smile on his face. He and the others, like Cody Essex, are the most knowledgeable and friendly folks around. I hope I don’t need to come back, LOL, but if I ever have trouble or if you ever need automotive parts, I 100% recommend this place!

Stopped by on my way home from work for 2 headlight bulbs close to closing. David fixed me right up and out the door with 2 new bright bulbs installed within 15 minutes.

I really like this store,it's clean and organized,friendly service with a smile,and the manager David Hatfield told my husband if he didn't have what we needed he'd get it for us in a timely manner and he even told us a good place to eat down the road at Billy Bob's bbg,and my husband said anytime we are out riding around,we'd have to stop in at ORiley in Springfield

Best O'Reilly's in the area David especially was the biggest help. I was an hour from home and my truck broke down in the parking lot and he was the best and even helped me out with installing some of the parts. 10/10 would go back in a heartbeat.

I had boat trailer wheel bearing problems and broke down in the parking lot of this store, I went in and explained my problem and the manager himself ( David ) came out in the parking lot and basically repaired the problem himself in a way to get me home... David went above and beyond for me and I greatly appreciate it!

I was here a few weeks ago. I walked in and was welcomed with a warm greeting and a smile. The store was clean and the iles were all organized and inventory put away. I didn't have any trouble finding what I was looking for. The staff is super eager to help out yesterday I passed by and half the associates, looked like they were outside helping customers with things. Way to go guys. 5 Stars.

I go in this place week to week and I wanna say this the man I believe his name is David is the best they got. David is always there to help each person and the reason why me and my family go there is because of his great service to us.
