This place is always empty. The staff follow you around every corner and they try to hide the fact they're watching you. I work for my money and can think of a dozen places less stressful to shop. I found what I was looking for but I don't think I'll be going back.

They are the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to .I waited over an hour on phone to see if my perception was ready. I was caller 3 for an hour come on you can do better than that.

My husband and I walked around while we were waiting for our laundry to be done. The lady working was constantly watching and staring at us as if we were going to steal something. Usually I would impulse buy something but had no desire to even do that because of the way she made us feel.

The only reason I give them a 1 star is because there is no option for zero. Worse pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. They are rude and a total nightmare. SWITCH PHARMACIES ASAP BEST DECISION I EVER MADE WAS TO GET AWAY FROM THIS SPRINGFIELD KY WALGREENS PHARMACY

Really nice employees but if you use the atm regardless of purchasing goods there tbey wont give you change. I found that to be very rude. Had i known that I would have used the atm before I purchased $60.00 worth of goods. Wont be back.

(Translated by Google) If I could give zero star I would. Very bad customer service and little desire to solve the problem to customers.

This was our first time in this store. We needed some over the counter medication. While there I was asked by one of the staff if I needed any assistance with anything. I did not see anyone thee that seemed rude. They were also restocking the shelves and so did not seem lazy either. We saw a cute little mouse ? scamper down our aisle before we checked out. I like mice and it was not in the food section so I guess no harm. I added a video of our chance encounter.

I switched to the Walgreens in Springfield from the CVS in Harrodsburg to save on driving time..(35 min drive) Nearly every time I step foot in this place I wish I had never switched..The pharmacy is so disorganized I have to always check my prescriptions before leaving..I'll tell them I need to check them, and they will still staple the bag together before I can; Then they will stand there staring at me ,stunned, when I have to re-open the bag, taking out the staple etc..I have been given the wrong prescription too many times, mostly by them..ugh..

Called on Thursday to inquire about a prescription refill. Associate told me that it was available and asked when I would like to pick it up. I replied that I would be there later that day. Unable to go that afternoon, I went the very next day. I went inside and the clerk at the counter told me that there was nothing for me because the refill had expired. I explained that I had just called the day before and was assured it was available. The clerk said that it reached its one-year expiration date as if I misunderstood what she was saying. I repeated what the associate told me on the phone and the clerk literally stood there and looked at me. I explained that I had driven 25 minutes out of my way to pick up this prescription and had I known that I wouldn't have bothered coming. Again, no response from the clerk. She may or may not have been the person I spoke to on the phone, but the least she could have done was acknowledge their wrong doing or apologize for my inconvenience. Instead she just stood there staring at me as if I was the one in the wrong.
