Can't ever call them because they never answer the phone. When you pay extra they lose it. Takes 2 weeks or longer for them to even show up to fill the tank. Worst company I have ever dealt with. If someone does answer the phone they are new and don't know what they are doing. You might pay more with someone else but it's better than running out of heat in the middle of winter. Still won't answer calls or return calls. Now you need to pay online and they don't give you your account number to sign up for it. Dumbest thing I have ever seen.

The worst company I've ever dealt with. No customer service whatsoever. I've had gas ordered for 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered. I've called everyday for the last week with no answer. Left multiple messages. I received one callback while I was at work. Promptly called back and again no answer. Don't waste your time on this horrible company. Don't put your warm house at risk because they will let you run out and don't care. Rating is ZERO stars.

Would have given a -0- rating but not possible. Poorest Customer Service I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to reach the Springfield, KY office for months with no response. According to the Mayor’s office they believe the business location is CLOSED> Yes I called the Court House & the Chamber of Commerce. I have been issued nothing stating the were bought out by UPG. I have also been trying to reach someone at the UPG office in Paducah, with 1 return call during the time that I stated on the message I left that I could not be reached. #1. They brought the incorrect size tank 4 years ago. (To Big for our needs) #2. Have hassled us for yearly lease payments that keep going up due to the fact of our minimum usage. #3. Want to change out to smaller PIG tank and fill for winter but can reach no one. At this point want the tank gone and I will replace with a different company. I guess the next step for me is a report to the Better Business Bureau.

Been waiting on a delivery for 3 weeks. We use the gas to heat our pool sept is the main month week heat it and it already be side April. I called and call with in no call back response. Dose anyone know what's up with this company.

Absolutely fraudulent company! They've had my money for a month and a half and no one has called me back since. Corporate office gives excuses and tells me a supervisor will call and no one ever does. All I want is a refund so I can order our propane from elsewhere before winter!

I only gave them a star because zero isn't a choice. The worst company wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. And there still trying to send me a bill that's been paid an I even reached out to the main office.

Cannot get a return call. Cannot get anyone to answer at building. Cannot get anyone to answer at corporate. After speaking to them finally they promised to be out on a Friday to which they just never showed up. We ran completely out of propane and had to depend on electric heaters all weekend! BEWARE of this company!!!

If I could I wouldn’t rate any stars. Paid for propane over a week ago and they still haven’t showed to fill it.bought this house and wasn’t told this is how it’s heated. I’ve told this to them and they are still taking their time. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Don’t recommend

I rarely, if ever leave a bad review. But I can’t quite get past this company and how they’ve treated us as new customers. TAKE HEED of the reviews, I wish I had of. We’ve now been without heat for a couple of weeks and it was 19 degrees this morning. It has been 2 weeks since we called and set up our business account. They told us they would call with a day that they would be out. They never called. I called 7 days, at all different times-probably 20-30 total times and no answer. Left message after message and no one called back. Finally called corporate when it had been 10 days. They finally told me they would be out the next day, that I had to be there when they set it. The one and only call I ever have got from them was at 9:53am with “they’re grabbing the tank now, one county over and will be on their way.” I took off work, canceled appointments and sat waiting on them for 5 HOURS. I called several times. Finally at nearly 4 pm they say “they’re not going to get there today, we will be there between 9-10am tomorrow and you have to be there.” It is now NOON the next day. No one has shown, I’ve called 6 times for them to put me on hold and said “they’ll be there at some point today, but you do have to be there.” I’ve now spent a total of over 8 HOURS just waiting. It is less than 40 degrees inside. I don’t live on the property, so it’s literally just sitting in my car and waiting. They said “would you rather be put on hold or us call you back?” I said “I’ll stay on hold please because no one has ever called me back when they say they will.” So what did they do? HUNG UP ON ME. And now won’t answer again. I have been so, so polite through this. I haven’t raised my voice or even given a rude tone at all despite what they have put me through to this point. Do NOT. I repeat DO NOT waste your precious time on this company. I have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt for 2 weeks now and it is biting me.

I would rate less if possible. I contacted for propane and had to call back multiple times before they came to fill my tank. The driver was nice, but charged me for the full tank before even pumping the gas into it. I wrote a check for the full amount he told me - after I handed him the check he told me the actual amount was over a hundred dollars less. They would just make it a credit on my account. I decided I want my credit back, and no one will answer my calls or contact me back. I have called about 4-5 times so far and it’s been over a month... very unhappy. Will pay more for gas next time for better service.
