Tom and team J&L have a strong word-of-mouth recommendation from first time and repeat customers.As an example, last Tuesday April 4 afternoon about 1:00 pm, a lawn care service truck and trailer pulled in. The owner/driver asked Tom if he could get a riding mower rear tire repaired for a flat condition.Recognizing that this lawn service is 'down' being impacted by the flat tire, he immediately told the gentleman that he would 'of course' repair. Asked the manager to drive the commercial mower directly into the shop bay.Good customer service, great response and solid attitude towards his profession.”
