Sharon was so helpful. Prom dress shopping can be stressful with a teen. She gave us space, gave us suggestions and really tried to hone in on what my daughter was looking for. She made shoe suggestions but when we didn’t like any of them she wasn’t offended at all. Such a pleasant experience. I feel like if you’re sensitive to feedback or suggestion just say that up front. Other reviews indicate she is pushy but that was not my experience at all and we were the only shopper at the time. We found the perfect dress!

There’s no such thing as peacefully browsing at this place. The woman that works here hovers over your shoulder as you look through everything and talks constantly.She will also make it very clear what her opinion is - anything from “that color won’t look good on you” to “this is what style you should wear”. She’s also very pushy on the more expensive gowns despite your stylist preferences.I DEFINITELY do not recommend this place. It’s a shame because my mother and I love shopping second hand. Overall very bad experience.

So funny to read the other reviews. The arrogant woman insisted I needed a 12 or 14 and would not let me even glance at the 8’s or 10’s which I KNOW a I wear without asking me “is that a 12 or 14? “ I ended up buying a size 10 at Macy’s and having it altered right now. Also good luck if you even get in the door because they are never open! Call before you try to go because chances are they won’t be there! How this place is still open is beyond me!

Big selection of formals. About 1/2 the price of retail. They also have shoes, jewelry etc. Customer service was excellent and really took time helping me. Would recommend would return.

As of the date of this review. the hours areTues-Fri 2-4pmSaturday 12-4pm.I went to look at wedding dresses.Pros:The dresses were good quality and a variety of designers. The prices were fantastic, way less than boutiques. The owner was helpful/accommodating.Cons: Not a large variety of styles when I went in. (Mainly lots of lace, embellishments at the time). The sizing gets limited around bridal size 12. Only a couple larger.If I wanted the styles carried this is a great place! Super bummed nothing that fit my taste for the price point. I'd say it's worth checking out though.

Went to go shopping during hours and the sign on the door said closed until 2. The door had all the times for service crossed out with tape.Their website said nothing about hours being changed and claimed they should be open. Saw another person complain a month ago about it on here. No one did anything to fix it. I guess they just really don't want anyone to shop there. Their loss, but its just bad business.

I sold my dresses here. Originally I gave her 3 dresses to sell and then I added 1 more months later. She sold my wedding dress more than $200 less than promised that we never agreed to. Then the fourth dress I added months after, she never had a record of. To compensate me for the lost dress, she gave me a cheap dress off her rack that belonged to someone else. Very poor business management skills!

I have tried several times to come during open hours and they are always closed or a sign that says be back in several hours. Even when they’ve just supposedly been open. VERY frustrating to drive a good ways just for the store to be closed. Update your freaking hours.

I've tried twice to go to this store on a Friday. Each time they're inexplicably closed with a sign that says they'll return 2-3 hours later. And the hours sign on their door is all crossed out. I can see beautiful dresses in their shop but too bad. This store needs to update their virtual hours of they want to attract new customers.

Sharon was very helpful and was willing to make an appointment with us after my work hours. We found the perfect dress, and my daughter is very happy. I appreciate Sharon’s willingness to accommodate us. I have had other wonderful experiences at this shop, and I will keep coming back.

i told her what my size was and she continued to tell me i was 4 sizes bigger than what i said. she saw a dress in the size i wanted and continued to say that i would definitely not fit in it. i found a dress elsewhere in the size i told her.very rude do not recommend
