When I arrived, all reps were busy helping other customers but I was still acknowledged personally & informed they would be with me soon. I browsed the store & waited patiently. Within 10 minutes I was seated at a table & paying off my phone with ease. The rep was very engaging & friendly. She solved any issues that arose & had me out of there in no time!

Sales person, Matt, was rude and dismissive when we tried to return ATT equipment. He seemed reluctant to give the information needed to return and cancel service. Told us they couldn't take care of it in store and we had to call to see how to return on our own. I don't recommend using this ATT store based on his service. However, on our initial visit the two clerks who helped us were polite and helpful. This rating does not reflect on these two clerks, BUT a store is only as good as its weakest clerk.

Just went today and I don’t know who attended us but he was not professional at all we saw him going in after a smoke break and just sitting there on his phone and waiting for us to come in and when we did he spoke to us like he didn't even want to speak to us, never again coming here the worst experience I had at this place definitely do not recommend

Did NOT Help with my Services. COULD NOT DID NOT HELP WITH SCHEDULING APPTS. FOR INSTALLATIONS OF PRE-PAID AT&T'S EQUIPMENT, SUCH AS MODEM FOR WI-FI.
I HAVE WAITED FOR SERVICE 3 WHOLE WEEKS !!! BUMMER.

The staff at your Shelbyville rd At&t store was better than helpful with my phone issues. Your staff checked all the boxes. I will recommend that store to any one.

Was immediately greeted and asked what had brought me in. The store team member was quick to answer any questions I had regarding upgrading my phone, as well as clear of what my plan and bills would look like. I appreciate transparency when discussing such things. There were no issues moving my phones contents to the new phone. Happy with my upgrade!

They really made me mad at this store. I went in because I needed a new phone which that was completed without any hassle. I then get my bill & see that both insurance & some stupid Next Up feature was added. I never gave consent to add either of these features. Infact I clearly stated to the rep/agent I have had this phone for 8 years the only reason why I am getting a new one is because this is the first time I've ever dropped my phone & broke it. So with that being said CLEARLY I could care less about insurance & upgrades. So to go behind my back & add both of these without my consent is dirty! I'll be going back to Best Buy to purchase phones, not once did they ever do that there!
