Drove an hour to this store to find the doors locked/store close when it's supposed to be open. Called another store about it, and they said they had to close early due to them being short staff. Would be nice to at least have a sign on the door letting you know they closed early. This store is the only reason I stopped at this mall. Wasted time walking around because I assumed someone was working just taking a break.

Neat hippie store! Most of the crystal jewelry is fake (fake crystals and lead closures) leather bound books and journals aren’t real leather. Overly attentive staff asked did I need help multiple times and seemingly followed me around the 2000sq ft store (slightly smaller than a 3 car garage). If not for the oils I wouldn’t shop in store at this location.

Oh my, I first got connected/familiar with Earthbound when I visited King St/Charleston SC. I purchased there. I am a fan favorite of bohemian style! The KY Derby /Louisville ky was coming so I wanted something different and in found it! The service was personable likened to a boutique experience. There were more items I wanted to purchase but ran out of time in Charleston (great city to explore). Returned to Louisville, got online and did not realize a store was nearby…minutes away. Our store (Louisville) is not as large, but the service and boutique feel were stellar; the reps there helped me to switch things out to accommodate my personal taste. Wow…. I plan to return soon. AMAZING what really is out your back door! Love it !!!

This a neat little shop in the mall of st mathews. They have cool knick knacks, lots of spiritual type decorations and items. Pretty nice jewelry selection. I wish the items were more locally sourced, but can't ask too much from what seems like a mall chain store. The staff are usually very friendly. The items I've purchased, I've had no problems with. The stones and crystals seem to be authentic. It seems all types of folks visit this store, which is good. I enjoy browsing every time I'm at the mall. Over all, good shop!

I had a return, and the employer didn't know how to do it. So now I have to go back and hopefully there will be a manager there who can take care of it. I will not be shopping there anymore

For some back story, me and my two friends went into the fitting room together. Mind you, the door was open and there was no sign about only one person being aloud in at a time. While we were trying on one thing, an enployee started banging on the door and telling us we couldn’t all be in there at the same time. We left the fitting room and they were standing right outside the room and continued to speak loudly for everyone to hear that we couldn’t be in there for theft reasons. which is understandable, but it was obnoxious and we didn’t get a chance to speak. if i could give it 0 stars i would.

If I had the money, I'd buy the whole entire store. I love everything in there and it makes my little hippie boho heart so happy ❤️ Prices are fair and the service is great. Will definitely continue to shop here!
