During the summer of 2023 the AC in my 2003 Jeep Liberty did no longer work. I was worried about repair cost and continued driving my Jeep without AC even this year. About a week ago Meineke diagnosed the problem and now I drive my Jeep with AC working. Thank you for your work, Meineke.

UBER DRIVERS PLEASE PAY ATTENTION:
They will try to fail you for anything! If they come back and say that you are going to fail your inspection, be sure to point out WHERE on their inspection form does it say you need whatever they are suggesting to pass your inspection. They tried to fail me for something on my car that is not on the inspection form and when I called them out they tried to deny it.

Mine was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER at an auto repair shop. Long story short: I was there for an oil change and I spoke with two employees that outlined three different options: 1) conventional 2) synthetic blend and 3) full synthetic. They even gave me a price for all three options. I told them that I needed to do more research on synthetic oil and stressed that I wanted a conventional oil change. They totally disregarded what I said and gave me synthetic blend oil. I saw this listed on the invoice, so I questioned it. Their response was "well, synthetic blend is our standard oil change". Additionally, a tire rotation was supposed to be included, but they did not perform this service. I know this because of existing identifying marks on my tires. Finally, there were greasy handprints on my door as well as oily black boot prints on my floorboard. Despite all of this, they had the nerve to give me a long list of "recommended repairs" (totaling $2,400). Bottom line: I was lied to, cheated and treated disrespectfully. I will NEVER use a Meineke product or service again.

As much as I don't want to, I have to -- if for nothing else to warn others of what to expect. After making an appointment to bring in my car to be looked at the next day. I sat in the waiting room from my 1 PM appt time until 3:30 PM 3 and 1/2 hours sitting there -- for finally just getting a diagnosis on my car. Everything they said I needed done came to close to $4000.00. That's more than my cars even worth. :( I was not expecting such a HUGE figure. Speechless. I then had to gather myself, and see about how I was going to even pay for this, or if I should. As the repair is more than vehicles worth.
I left (my car was driving fine btw, just needed a dash light on figured out) and a few days later decided to take my car to another spot with great reviews (thanks google) and get a second opinion. The second place fixed my car for right at $450.00. Up and running great again. Not one thing 2nd shop fixed on my car, was any of the 27 things Meineke said my car needed.
I will say the manager of the store was extremely pleasant, but even so I can't justify the price they blew me away with? :/ Maybe instead of blowing people's minds with a 18 page repair / price sheet, be able to break repairs into smaller parts or something? Many cannot afford to take out a loan to get their car repaired. Also if a person makes an appt on your website, and you know they have to sit there in waiting room (its a choice on website appts) and you can't see them for 3.5 hours? Somehow shut appts down.
Do not recommend. I'm sorry.
