I dropped my car off late on a Friday afternoon mentally braced to be without reliable transportation for the weekend and perhaps longer, but it was fixed in less than hour at a reasonable price. As a college student with classes, a full-time job, a part-time internship, and not much of a support system to fall back on, having such a quick turn around on the repair saved me from so much stress and money I would've had to sink into transportation over the weekend otherwise. It was a great experience and I'm super grateful!”

“The mechanics and technicians at this Jiffy Lube went above and beyond and ultimately kept my family from a very dangerous situation. A different mechanic improperly installed brakes on our car, leading to a missing caliper bolt. When my car began making noise, the mechanics took a lot of time to locate the problem, even though the noise wasn't as noticeable while I was at Jiffy Lube. These employees treated me like a good friend with a potentially catastrophic car issue. They were compassionate, especially once I recognized the severity of the situation and my anxiety began to rise. They have a customer for life. If you want your windows cleaned to a crystal shine, find a good car wash. If you want your car and its occupants looked after, come to this Jiffy Lube.”

“Had alignment emergency on my older model Tesla and had stopped by or called most of the shops in Jeffersonville that do alignments. Practically nobody was able to because they didn’t have the right system or software or something or the other.Tesla service center in Louisville has no appointments available for two weeks.Firestone on Broadway in Louisville was the only place I could even select Tesla on the website for alignment. The guy at Firestone also could not do my particular model and just referred me to Tesla SC.I begged the guy to do it and he tells me to go to Michel Tires in Jeffersonville on 10th street and ask for Paul. I almost didn’t bother, expecting to hear another guy explain that can’t do it.Thank God I stopped in. What a great experience. Its a great crew they have there too. You would have never even known it was a problem for anyone. He just put me in the system, took my keys, and about an hour later I see my car back outside. No questions asked.They finished it in half the time it would take at the service center and they charge me less than half of what Tesla would.Alignment is great. I kick myself for passing that Michel Tires up when I started looking. If I would have come here first, I would have saved myself a lot of wasted time and miles.Even just seeing them with all of the other customers. They treated everyone’s car like it was their baby. Overheard some of them and everyone seemed as excited and relieved about their car as I was.I will definitely trust these guys with my wheels and tires more than I do Tesla going forward. If you own one, you know how bad and expensive the service is. Do yourself a favor and check with these guys before you go to Tesla for your wheel and tire issues.”

“Arrived at Jiffy Lube with my hood smoking and immediately was directed to pull into bay. Turned vehicle off and Robert and Dalton got me all fixed up! I had no clue my cabin air filter needed to be changed but Robert pulled it out and showed me the filth. Apparently it’s never been changed, it was 10 years old and disgusting! I have visited several other valvolines, etc and never once have the offered to change it. They changed my oil, filled my antifreeze reservoirs, filled my tires, did the whole deal and resolved the smoke coming from under my hood! Robert also vacuumed out my car, which was very shocking to say the least! He stated that’s part of their job, which was news to me! Best service I’ve ever received from any sort of automotive shop like this! I will definitely be back and encourage family and friends to swing by this location for their maintenance needs!
