“I went in for a issue with a noise under the front of my car. My skid plate had fallen down and broke. They were able to safely remove it and explain its purpose. While I was there they topped off all my fluids, oil and air for my tires. The services were at no charge and I was extremely well taken care of. Thank you Jiffy Lube crew in Sellersburg! “I bought a truck from a guy that had the transmission replaced at this location a year and a half ago then moved to Georgia, verified the warranty would transfer so i purchased the truck. I noticed after a few hundred miles a pretty good leak. So i called the shop explained my situation and that i reside in georgia 6 hours away. I was told to take the truck to an ammco shop since they are a sister company. I did, the ammco shop did the work and Cottman stood behind their warranty....i would definitley recomend this shop to anyone.”

“I've been a customer for 2.5 years, regularly sending 2-3 vehicles throughout the year — mostly for oil changes, although I did get a new drive belt installed once. I've regularly gotten great service and coaching about foreseeable issues, which I've found very helpful.
However, 2025 has introduced some significant cost jumps that I find worrisome as a trend, although the inflation very well could be an industry norm. For example, in comparison to oil changes I got just 3 and 6 months ago, prices have increased as follows: oil service (+$5, +20%); oil service parts (+$3.96, +15.2%); shop supply fee (+2, +67%); environmental fee (+$2, +67%).
As an another reviewer recently noted, I also experienced an unexpected shop closure mid-day on a Thursday. I left a voicemail and we managed to sort everything out within an hour thanks to a call back, however, but it might have been a bigger issue if I were on a tighter schedule.
Overall, the trustworthiness and convenience factors still win my household's business — but due to cost increases I'll have to be cautiously optimistic in 2026, I'm afraid.”
