“I made an appointment today at Walmart to show up and they are closed. I was so annoyed because with them I could drop it off and shop. I had to hurry and find another location and came across Valvoline being 3 minutes away. I have severe social anxiety and I can’t even explain how comfortable these guys made me feel! They explained everything and were just overall so nice literally, every last one who spoke to me. This is my totally my new place for oil changes so thank you all so much. I wish I had gotten there names.”
