Why can’t I put 0 stars? Anyways STAY AWAY unless you like Bedbugs! Gross. 🤢
It smells like something god awful in this goodwill. Probably the dirtiest I have ever been in and I’ve been in a bunch.
We were in the changing room and I just thought it was dirty in there where it hadn’t been swept but there were bedbugs crawling on the edges of the baseboards. I immediately left the room and told an associate and he did nothing. He looked at me like I had a third eye. I called and spoke with the manager and she said we have it over control. FALSE. You do not have it under control and you are letting your COMMUNITY take them home and pass around.

I’ve never been a big thrift shopper mainly because I have no patience to search through items of no interest just to find one thing.
~I was pleasantly surprised recently on my first trip to Goodwill~
I walked out of there with an outrageous amount of gently used clothing, some new with tags and one of my favorite possessions, a genuine leather Harley Davidson handbag with very little wear. Vroom Vroom ?️?️

We moved here from colorado where most goodwills are $10-$20 for a tee shirt, in comparison this has amazing prices and you can sometimes find some cool stuff, but not often, mainly just old sweaters, tee shirts, and jeans. But if youre just looking for cheap clothes not anything special this place is great

What’s with goodwill changing the prices when you are checking out?! These are FREE items! They have prices posted and on a sheet for reference. But now when you check out, they can just decide to change the price! And today I even saw Dollar Tree items in there selling for $2.99 when you can walk 4 stores down and get for $1.25!A few weeks ago they had become a “million dollar store” and were bragging to all the customers about it. I guess they are able to achieve this by telling you the 99 cent item you brought to the register is now $6!!

I've been a dedicated supporter of Goodwill for years, deeply valuing its mission of providing affordable goods to the community. Unfortunately, recent changes have left me disheartened and concerned.Prices have skyrocketed to levels that make me question the accessibility of Goodwill for those who rely on its affordability. While I understand that costs may rise, the extent of these increases is shocking.Transparency is paramount, and it's disheartening to discover that only a small fraction of the reported proceeds actually find their way back into the community, while a significant portion ends up in the pockets of Goodwill's CEOs. It's important to conduct your own research rather than relying solely on PR claims of donating 90 cents per dollar. This glaring contrast between the stated mission and the actual allocation of resources is truly disconcerting.I implore Goodwill's leadership to reevaluate pricing strategies and to be more transparent about how resources are managed. Reinstating trust with loyal patrons like myself requires a recommitment to the organization's original mission of community service and accessibility. In the spirit of goodwill, I hope that positive changes can be implemented to restore faith in an organization I've held in high regard for so long.

We enjoyed shopping there. Some prices were too much, but, others were fair and it was organized.

Prices are high. Anything that is any good they have it behind the counter and jack the price way up. Then they ask you to round up the change and donate it. How bout no.

Very rude employees!!! Turned the lights out on us when it was not even closing time yet and came over and yelled “stores closing “ at us. Managers rude as heck and always making snide remarks… honestly they need to overhaul the employees there and we would all shop their more.

i used to work at goodwill, i can tell you personally the elite employs at every location get to pick threw all the "good stuff" first and before they put it out on the shelves will set it up so there friend can come buy it for them and of course it was always marked down to the lowest price they could

The Stanford Ky location goodwill has gone down hill fast this year... this stuff is donated to you all for free which personally now ill donate to a church before i give to this "non profit"... GW does not care about its local customers just there "bottom line" so they are forced to over price things its not managements fault per say but they are being squeezed hard by GW corporate to make sure they reach a high quota every month the "owner" is only copy and pasting responses GW has given then to say for these situations i will agree GW does help people with disabilities get a job but only just enough so Ceo Mark Curran could make 2.3 Million without paying taxes what a pur evil company if you ask me
