I went to this car wash as it is advertised as a touch-less wash.
First impressions pulling up to this wash were not good. The property is clean, but the equipment is not in good condition. The kiosk for the automatic wash is heavily faded to the point that the wash selections are pieces of duct tape with prices written on them. I bought the $10 option as the $7 option appears unavailable (no tape on the button).
The automatic wash kiosk is definitely not up to par with systems from even 10 years ago. It has push buttons and a red text display with rolling text giving you instructions. In a vehicle with higher seating positions, you have to scrunch in your seat to read them.
This would be fine if the wash itself was good, and it’s not.
The wash is L-shaped pipe with nozzles suspended on a sliding and rotating gantry. This machine basically draws a box around your car and sprays the soap, treatments, and water on. Unfortunately, most of the soap appears to leak from the arm and avoid the car.
The soap that does spray on appears to be heavily diluted where it falls off of the car almost immediately instead of soaking/dwelling. It appears to do a single pass with a certain soap/treatment, followed by a second pass of soap/treatment. I honestly have no idea which is which.
It then performs the soak/dwell, which is important in a touch-less wash. It lasts about 10-20 seconds. Normal soaks should be around a minute or two with heavy suds. This is neither.
The rinse seems to work okay, but it only performs the high pressure rinse once. It would be better with two. Final rinse is a spot-free, which still leaks and leaves spots.
The dryer is unintuitive. You drive through it yourself and hope that you move forward slow enough to dry the car, but not too slow that it shuts off early. You try to accomplish this without a timer, lights, or other signal to let you know when the drying stops.
Overall, the car was left with a nice film of dirt still on the body with some large bugs removed but not all (and I pre-treated with a bug & tar remover).
TLDR; Automatic wash is outdated, in poor condition, and doesn’t clean well. Hopefully the manual side is better, but other reviews suggest you may want to try a different car wash entirely.

Low pressure, no soap. I've been twice and no soap. I went to the other one in town and it was better, very good pressure and lots of suds! Too bad, I actually bragged on this car wash when it first opened.

Just went through wash paid 20 dollars. Could see bird crap on passenger window and mirror did not come off. Proceeded through dryer. Pull over to buy something to get poo off. Then I see soap running down driver door. So I called number on door. Brad's car was answers. Tell him what happened. He sayes oh I just manage the car wash. I said OK. Just wanted to let you know wash wasn't working correctly.

Brush did not work. I used soap option but lost water pressure so had to keep putting money in to rinse off soap

I put money in and get this... A car wash with soap, wax, presoak and tire cleaner. The soap even smelled good. I'm not sure why but I'm not complaining.
