“Had a bit of an issue with the shipment of some medication I needed. Shipping was delayed over 24 hours longer than when I had paid for it to be delivered. It’s a time sensitive medication and I called to get help intercepting it, if possible. Chino was the young man that answered the phone, Jessica was my dispatcher and Chad was my delivery driver. They all sprung into action and coordinated with me to get my package. They were compassionate and I felt like they made my issue their issue. They turned what could have been a very bad situation into a positive experience. Thankfully we still have some empathetic human beings in this world!”
