“I had an address mixup and my package was delivered to a P.O. Box that isn't mine. When I got home and realized my package wasn't here, I checked the tracking and saw that it had been delivered to the post office. I messaged Lauren and she fixed it for me. The box that was on the label was a vacant box so, instead of sending it back like she could have, she held on to it, assuming someone would call and claim it. That's a pretty awesome thing to do. I appreciate you, Lauren.”
