I have been to Pilot/ Flying J all over the country, this is the ONLY one that has ever told me I CANT PURCHASE A COFFEE REFILL and use my own cup!!! As a driver a lot of us have our own cups since when can we not pay for a refill?? I don’t use pilot cups because the lids are flimsy!! Also if your cashiers have an issue with people that don’t look like them, post it on the door so we know not to patronize this location as we can’t just change our skin color at the drop of a hat!!

Went In this morning at 0600 for a shower was told no because she isnt cleaning them i said I don't care i just want a shower I don't need any towels and I have all I need, she said its against policy for that to happen (her giving out dirty showers) so fine after a complaint to corporate i went to a different pilot flying j.....so should I report this to corporate as well being its dirty cuz this location not being clean, this is disgusting but I was allowed to get a shower, im at Warrenton,MO btw

Terrible customer service. 6/29 about 5:55 we purchased an item and asked for a receipt, didn’t get it. My fiancé went back inside because your gas pumps didn’t take the Pilot discount card to get our 10cent off her gallon. He handed her his pilot card and payment to prepay $60. She didn’t scan the pilot card and said “oops sorry I forgot” So we had to overpay there for crappy service. And your bathrooms are dirty too.
I wish we never stopped here. Worst gas stop on our vacation!

I was there this morning and the cashier told me that since there was only one person working that they couldn’t clean showers. Imagine being this the 3rd day without a shower because the other 2 didn’t have water. Scheduling is managements fault and this could have been avoided! No appreciation for truckers. Won’t be stopping here again.

One of the worst pilots I’ve ever been in. The manger he was the rudest person I’ve ever in.wipe out a gift card and not give the gas you need . Just look at you and I well nothing we can do . They stole the remainder of my money.

One of the worst pilots I've ever been to they dont regulate their parking area and let people park wherever and however they want. There is no point reserving a parking spot ahead of time because they don't make sure they're open, and when you show up, they just shrug you off even though you paid for parking.

Building an idiotic building that consumed 30 parking spaces. Fenced off, trucks are stuck lined up, trying to u-turn. Very unsafe location, should be held liable for all damages incurred on their property. Don't reply with a stupid response of being eyes and ears for you, use your own eyes and ears, and fix the problem you've caused.

You let people park however they want and make it almost impossible to fuel or scale in the evening. You charge parking. Make the people making a spot leave it's bad enough to charge us to park but at least in force it. Half the pumps broken. Fuel all over the island. Nothing to clean windows with. Trash over flowing. Do better

They let trucks park anywhere even in front of reserve parking. They can't leave the store after dark, so why pay for parking when it gets dark They don't check it anyway.? Awful, has to the worst parking area of all of the stores. Avoid if you can and if you can't, remember to park for free like everyone else is doing.. p.s. a refund for the parking takes a act of congress to obtain, so I strongly suggest that it's easier to just park for free because you are probably going to be blocked in by the time.you.leave anyway. 1/2 🌟

Parking is very tight, especially on the back of the lot and it’s on construction, once you’re on the back there’s no way to turn around because exit is blocked by construction!! Don’t even get back there, especially if you’re heavy . No signs whatsoever of the issue !
