Bought $30 lottery ticket out of machine did not give me the ticket told cashier and was told they didn’t have a key for machine.Took my name and number for manager to call me did not get a call and I have repeatedly called today and just goes to voicemail.Not a way to run a business.Will no longer buy gas or lottery tickets there and will tell everyone my experience there.

December 12th 4:59 am traveling with my family and two young kids. Opens at 5 i was standing at the door waiting ONE minute to use the restroom and one worker allowed someone else in while leaving me outside in the cold and locking the door to return 3 minutes later. 3 mintues past 5am as I'm still standing outside this lady has the nerve to unlock the exit door first ( they do not have handles on the outside) and letting someone out BEFORE letting me in to use the bathroom. I asked the clerk on a Sunday afternoon for a carton of Marlboro cigarettes and reminded him 3 times that they were on special. He completely ignored me. After he rang them up without the special pricing I asked again about the special. He threw the bag with my cigarettes on to the back counter, called me rude and told me to get out of his store. I’ve never been treated like that in my whole life! Another clerk that usually helps me came to the front of the store and rang up my items using the special pricing, told me to have a good day and I left in tears

**A gallon of gas isn’t a gallon of gas when you pump fuel at this Five Star.I filled three five gallon gas cans at three different pumps at this station and they all were right around a half gallon shy of what the pump actually displayed.There is legally an allowable flexibility within the state of Kentucky but this exceeds that amount. I’d get your fuels somewhere else if I were you.

Very good place, the workers are very friendly and the bathrooms are surprisingly clean for a convenience store.
