My tax expert Debbie Hughes was amazing! She helped me with all of my questions and was incredibly kind. The entire office was pleasant and ill be coming back to this location every year to have my taxes done!

Debra Hughes and Erica Hardwick at this location are terrible at their job. Worst experience of any tax return companies. When Debra put my money on her emerald card, where they can make a profit, instead of in my account via direct deposit like the last 2 years. She admitted the mistake and I was kind. 2 weeks go by and they’re saying 5 days and you’ll have the money. Then the manager Hardwick calls and tells me it’s not her problem. Rude, unprofessional and shady business practice. Do better H&R Block!
