Slow service. Kids goofing around instead of preparing orders.

Just left after ordering an 8 piece and got 3 pieces that are so hard we are unable to eat it. Called to get it replaced no one would answer over and over. Happy to change it once the 3 pieces are refunded.

Ordered 2 box combos from KFC and i guess they’re only prepping to serve tacos all night. Waited 20 minutes after they told me it would be an 8 minute wait. The workers sounded upset I didn’t want to order from the Taco Bell menu… horrible service, I’ve seen 10 cars get their food before me. If the workers worked and got off their phones my food wouldn’t be cold. I feel ripped off

I've been going to this location for 20 years. Here lately, my orders are wrong more often than not and the food is lacking in quality. They charge $3.29 for tiny chicken legs. The manager at this location is horribly rude and doesn't return customer complaint calls.

I’ve been in an abusive relationship with this kfc/Taco Bell for over two decades. I wish I could quit them but sadly I love fried chicken and tacos way too much. The restaurant, much like our relationship, has its ups and downs. The good times are good and the bad times are bad. Currently we are in a slump. If you go when the young kids are working, you might as well roll the dice to see what you end up with. Could get tacos, could get chicken. Maybe everything you paid for is in the bag and maybe you get all the way home only to find out someone doesn’t get to have KFC for dinner. PB&J’s all around. I get it, teenagers don’t care about customer service but if I had a dollar for every time I got a chicken sandwich with the worlds crunchiest bun and the saddest chicken strip, then I could open my own franchise. I ask for a chicken little sandwich and they find that shriveled chicken strip that’s been hiding out in the warmer for a week paired with a bun that could double as a brick. Delicious. If you go when the “grownups” are working, then you have a chance. Also the taco beef is grade “D” which basically means it is one step up from dog food and is the lowest grade you can legally sell to humans. I mean I’m still going to eat it but wanted you to know.
