“I have been a ciggarette smoker for 35 years. I have decided to transition to vaping with the end goal of then quitting the vape; I had the absolute pleasure of having Chuck assist me today. He patiently listened to me go on about my fears of failure and also my fears of having my life cut short due to ciggarettes. He chose a vape based on my needs and helped me decide on a flavor. He showed me in great detail how to care and use the vape. But the most important thing he did was tell me we will get through this together. Not once have I had a dr say that to me, not once. Just a lecture and a medication that made me so nauseous I could barely function and then another lecture when I quit taking the prescription because of the nausea. Chuck gave me confidence and support and assured me I am not alone on this journey. What an experience, thank you Chuck!”

They remodeled a few things however never thought of what is needed. Otherwise the veggie food & service was great. Also the WiFi did not connect my phone to their password protected system.”
