  A great, well kept little gym with just about anything you could ask for. All the equipment I need to use is there without the waiting around. Staff is responsive and the lady working the office was very kind.

  Grateful to have this large gym in such a small town. It has what you need and improvements seem to be made when and where appropriate. The owner picked up when I called and executed on my minor request. I would consider improving add-on membership pricing.

  Trish is a great trainer! We have worked together on and off for a couple of years and I'm happy to be back working with her.
