Employees were rude and late with our order. They handed us someone else’s food then took it back to serve to them anyways. They then tried not to give us our drink, then didn’t give us the sauce and utensils that were supposed to come with it. With how late the food was they could have at least managed to get everything in the bag.

Went in for burrito, left disappointed. Went through the usual burrito ordering process. Then the staff broke tortilla upon rolling, no big deal. Instead of using another one to plug, she dumped contents onto another. All Queso and Guac were on the broken, discarded tortilla. Asked to replace and they gave me attitude and refused, saying I'd be double charged. Also charged ne for double shredded cheese for regular amount. So I left with a bland and therefore over-priced burrito.

Incredibly disrespectful female manager who panics about the "line" rather than giving good customer service. Sloppy food with sour cream running down all over the dishes. Stood there and argued with customers while giving zero eye contacts. Very unprofessional. Will not be back.

food was very bad that day, may be because restaurant was too busy with orders. ordered chicken bowl, food is too spicy because too much Red chili salsa added too it, not added correct quantity of protein.

Never order for pick up. When you don’t babysit them making your bowl, they only give you 2/3 of a bowl. This is a joke for $10 of food. Train your employees better.

incredibly TINY burritos, it would maybe feed a small child. I can't believe what I was given for $11. window service is very slow. they see you sitting there and they take forever to come to the window. this is not a one off. had this same experience several times hoping it will be different.

It's mostly understaffed. Sign on door said order digitally. That didn't work. They ignored those orders to take care of the drive thru only. Had to fight with chipitle for a refund when food was never finished.

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to and it’s the one closest to my house. The last time I ate here my wife brought me home a burrito from the drive through. She handed it to me and I thought she was joking with me and handed me a single taco. This thing was a joke for $10+. So I drive back up there and ask them to remake it. After they have a conference about it for 5 minutes and I hear them discussing how they don’t have the steak they start to remake it but are pretty much out of everything on the line. They scrape brown rice out of the pan and have to wait for meat to be made they were out of steak and chicken. I took chicken because it got done first but originally ordered and paid for steak. This isn’t closing time it’s about 6:30 in the afternoon. I get home and try to eat this thing and the rice is so hard I couldn’t even eat it. This is just one of many times I’ve gotten horrible food from this location usually old dried up meat. The only time it’s been good is lunch time when I guess food doesn’t have the chance to sit and get old.
