Brought my vehicle in for a headlight issue was told a switch needed to replaced it cost $600, 8 days later the headlights stopped working again brought the vehicle back and was told now a different switch needed to be replaced for another $400. When I questioned why this wasn’t a complete repair the first time, he yelled at me for questioning him and told me there was nothing I could do about it. The most unprofessional experience by a business owner I’ve ever experienced.

I'm from Illinois and needed my car looked at. Don Jr. fit me in on a holiday week and treated me like I was a regular customer, and when I picked up the car, told me if there was anything else he could do, to let him know.
I will always be appreciative to Don Jr and his business.

Don Jr is very thorough when it comes to diagnosing the problem on my vehicles. I trust he's going to fix the problem right the first time. He responds quickly to my inquiries and frankly treats me like family. He's probably not the cheapest but he does a really good job solving the problem. He considers what's in the best interest of the customer and that's what keeps me coming back to his shop.

Overpriced. I spent $350 to get a new battery and a tire patched. $45 of that was to install the battery and another $45 of that was to simply put the car on the lift and visually inspect it. $56 to patch the tire.Service: Battery
