Sarah did not meet my expectations. She wanted me to pay another $20 to brush my hair. She called it styling. Others had always blow dry brush my hair for the same price. It seemed like it depended on the hair dresser. Disappointing this time.

Once again great service and hair cut. Kelly and the others are always welcoming and efficient. Kelly has styled mine the last few visits and doesn't hesitate when I ask for minor changes in a different style. Thanks Kelly.

Half the female staff in that building rush your haircut, and mess up your hairlines or sideburns. I guess it’s a good place to take your children if you need them to get a quick cut just not for adults.
I also walked in at 6:53 pm, and they closed at 7pm yet they turned me away even with their open sign on. I work 3rd shift so it’s hard for me to get to places I need too in the evening. I recommend SportsClips they cut your hair from the moment they open to the moment they close.

I'm not sure if I would be back at this location. Madi finished me ih 3 minutes maybe if that long. My hair was not cut short all the way long pieces of hair are sticking out and it's obvious. I am not happy about the service that they provided this time!

First time here and upon walking in felt the unwelcomeness immediately in an empty store. The hour wait felt unnecessary when the store is empty and hair is shorter that country hardy. Left and didn't even attempt to get hair cut there.

Have been going to Great Clips in Union for many years. I only let Tracy cut my hair. I have never had a bad cut from her.
Would recommend Tracy to everyone. Worth the wait to have Tracy cut my hair.
Love that you can check in and get on the list and the app let's you know how long of a wait

Okay. I asked for a few inches off, layers, and framing around my face. No framing or layers. Just cut straight across. When I got home I also noticed the left side was a bit longer than the right so I had to touch it up myself. I can’t do layers on my own but I also framed my face a bit.
It was definitely rushed and the woman cutting my hair didn’t seem to be paying too much attention. She was distracted by a conversation with another employee. Took less than half the time anyone else ever has on me.
Probably won’t return to this location.

I had a hair emergency today. I was in need of a haircut and popped in for help. Lisa was my stylist. She knows her craft, and gave me a simple no fuss, no muss, chin length bob with light texture for more movement. This cut is the best cut I have had in almost a year. Better than the very expensive salons. She was lovely, professional, experienced, and made what was a bad hair day into a fantastic one. I came home and styled with my shark and the way it lays is what I always want and ask for. She gave it to me and I’m so thrilled. Will be bringing all my family to her from now on
