I have been getting prescriptions filled here for years. It just keeps getting worse!! They wait 2 or more days to fill your prescription when it is sent in. I have to call and ask for my prescription to be filled. It’s always a big ordeal!!!
Now they actually send your prescription out to an off site location!!!???
When I do ask to have it filled they act like I am asking for a miracle!! It is very stressful just trying to get your prescription filled!! I should not have to call in and tell them to fill it!!!

Do not use their phone system…just call. Every month I use the phone system to renew a script. Every month I show up and they don't have it ready when the phone system tells me to show up. The people are nice so I don't complain, but its SUPER annoying!

The reviews called it. The lack of care and complaints on the floor also eating while filling medication is pretty gross. I feel bad for the pharmacist, she is the only one not complaining.

Just took my disabled son to his biannual doctor’s appointment. Come to find out, this pharmacy lied twice to me recently. They told me on two separate occasions that his refills had been denied by his doctor. The doctor showed me the request records on her screen…the pharmacy never did a 1st request on the refills and instead chose to tell me they were denied. I had the doctor immediately switch everything to Walgreens. I will never use this location again!

I went to the Union Krogar Pharmacy and took my important shots paid about $100 for each shot. After completing my three shots, I went to ask the record for my employer. They said they didn't find the record for two shots I have taken with them. I can't imagine the level of thier carelessness. I would never recommand them to anyone ever. I might seek legal help to address the issue in the right way so that they would learn a lesson and won't do for others.

Looked online and saw the pharmacy closed at 5pm and had vaccine openings available up to 4:15pm. Arrived around 3:50pm and my husband was told by the pharmacist that "they close at 4 and it's too close to take you". Doesn't make any sense but based on other reviews, it looks like this location consistently has issues. Kroger needs to reevaluate this pharmacy.

They don’t have some medications in stock at times, but their customer service is always amazing and I’m happy with that alone. Also, they are usually very quick about getting to refills.

Had to give at least 1 star. They have teenagers running this pharmacy. Nobody knows anything and they are rude. Never have meds or are lying about it.
