Kroger Marketplace offers a vast selection of quality food and household products, making it a convenient one-stop shop for savings. The store features fresh produce, meats, seafood, dairy, home goods, and pharmacy items. Customers appreciate the variety, including a well-stocked deli and a fresh olive bar. The store maintains a clean environment, although some shoppers have noted that certain areas, like the clearance section, can be disorganized and filled with expired items. While many associates are helpful, experiences with customer service have been mixed. Some employees offer a friendly atmosphere, like one cashier who engaged customers with fun facts during checkout. However, others have been described as unapproachable or disengaged. Issues have arisen with self-checkouts, which often require assistance, and pricing discrepancies that need correction at checkout. Additionally, there are complaints about the management of the store, with some customers feeling that it struggles to maintain organization and efficiency. Delivery and drive-up services sometimes obstruct in-store shopping, and some products, like fried chicken, have received negative feedback. Despite these challenges, many still find Kroger Marketplace a good place to shop, though some express a desire for improvement in service and product management to enhance the overall shopping experience.
I was in there today on 7/29/25 and the danish and others pastries were stuck to the pans. Plus it was messy and flys were in with the pastries. The two girls working there were chatting away not paying any attention.

Please instruct your cashiers and baggers not to pile vegetables, bread, and other like items at the bottom of the cart, then pile frozen items, drinks, and other heavy items on top of them.

This store is huge and has many options. BUT I sent my husband shopping today because I am injured. Well, there was only self check out available early on a Thursday. So my husband came home empty handed. Not everyone can or wants to do their own check out.
