However, they did order this for me and told me whenever I need it just let them know, and they will special order. Thank you so much! “This is a nice saltwater only store with friendly staff!Edit: Savannah Cook-Pelsner left a poor review which I feel she should change because she thought it should say it doesn't carry freshwater.The store very clearly states what it's about in its name. Reef life. Savannah there is no such thing as a freshwater Reef. Please do not make bad reviews because you don't know what you are talking about. It's like going to a Chinese restaurant and then being upset that they did not have lasagna for you and then giving them a bad review because of it . I would suggest you change or remove your review because it makes you look a certain way and is unfair to the business”

The customer service is absolutely amazing don't matter what time of day you go in there they go above and beyond we lived in Elsmere and there delivery services is second to none they are the best we moved to west price hill as still use them for delivery. They are absolutely amazing I refuse to shop anywhere else. This store takes customer satisfaction to whole new level.There incredapet rewards is also amazing we have two dogs who use pads and every 12th box is free.I hope the employees and owners get the recognition they need and deserve because they truly deserve it.”

“Super helpful and friendly, I can't say enough about this business. We've had our fence for at least 25 years and have used it on 6 different dogs at 4 different houses and has been totally worth the money. We tried a different companies wireless temporarily until we were done building our house and did not compare to having the wired fence again, love it!”
“I started shop feeders because another place starts with a P is raising their prices so bad. I go there every once in awhile, but feeders is my go to. They have kids working there so the service isn't always that good. One time I had 40 pound bag in my cart. He took it out put it on the counter to scan it, and left it there. I had to put it back in the cart and no help to my car. You have to expect stupid stuff like that from them. Nice selection of pet food and supplies. Always run some kind of discount.”
