  How hard is it to pick up a phone. Having to speak do an incompetent robot is beyond me. Hire some receptionists for heaven’s sake.

  canceled my appointment multiple days in a row because they didn’t have a nurse on staff so they were closed, when i went to go pick up my medication later that day around when my appointment time was supposed to be, they weren’t closed

  Receptionist should be fired the way she talks to customers. Worst personality ever and no remorse. Oh yeah, hopefully your child doesn’t get sick one hour before closing because god forbid they have to stay a little over. Instead, they tell you no appts-yet nobody is even there or waiting ?
