Convinced this place is always a mess. I’m not normally one to write a poor review, however, 2 times now I have been extremely frustrated, and with the same receptionist. First time I needed to schedule a tb test. I tried to call and got no answer, the second call I got an answer and she said they do tb. I scheduled online a tb test, as the receptionist told me to do. I arrive for my appointment and the receptionist was staring down at her phone not paying any attention, after I say hello she looks up and is very unpleasant and I go sit in the waiting room, the only patient there. After about 15 minutes she tells me the provider they have is new and doesn’t feel comfortable doing a tb test? I’m like what? She tells me to go to the little clinic on mall rd instead and they’ll take care of it. I was furious. Anyway I ended up going to the st e urgent care on 42 and they took care of me. Next, I came down with a cold and due to the fact I have a newborn baby at home was concerned and just wanted a flu and strep test. They didn’t close until 7:30 this was about 4:30, I tried to call 5 times and got no response, and of course the voicemail isn’t set up so it just says goodbye and hangs up. So I take my chances and just go anyways because it says walk ins welcome, I arrive at probably about 5 and the same receptionist, larger older women with bangs, is once again, on her phone, I say hi I was wanting to do a walk in, she tells me “we don’t do walk ins” in a rude tone. I said oh online it says that you do, she says “no not today we don’t” I’m like ??? Also there was not a single other patient. I am convinced she’s just lazy and doesn’t want to do anything. Regardless, she’s Rude and unpleasant and I will not be Returning to little clinic.

I had an excellent experience yesterday. I feel like I was seen and heard. The ARNP was excellent....took the extra time to be thorough and I hope to be feeling better soon.

I had an 11 AM appointment to get two vaccines and along with showing up 10 minutes early, I waited over an hour to be seen. The additional problem was that they said they were running behind yet took in three people who had appointments after me…before me. Wouldn’t recommend if you have a busy schedule.

Stood in line for 25 minutes with other customers while no one was sitting at the front desk and no one was in the waiting room. A worker then came out from a back room and looked surprised and sat down at the desk. They have it labeled all over that they take walk in appointments, but we were told that they couldn't take us until 5 hours later. While ago NO ONE WAS IN THE WAITING ROOM. They don’t truly take walk in appointments, they will just schedule you at the front desk.

I appreciate The Little Clinic for requiring patients to wear Masks for the duration of their appointments!! Better to be safe

After waiting 10 minutes to be greeted they said they were running 30 minutes behind for scheduled appointment! So much for scheduling, I did not wait. Their online check-in web site is beyond ridiculous!

Staff was rude, careless, and unhelpful. Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else.

Friendly, but they are over scheduling for Covid vaccines. If you plan on having your vaccine here, allow at least 45 minutes to an hour wait time.

The help is no help at all they like ignore you and hide in the back and let you sit and wait and let people cut in front of you.

My husband and I received our 1st covid vaccine there today.Beth did our paperwork and was very polite and professional even though my husband was cracking jokes non stop. Sam administered our vaccines and we barely felt a thing. Thank you for the great teamwork and a positive experience.

They are scheduling rapid test and don’t have any at all the little clinics. They don’t tell you that until you get there.
