Union Urgent Care/LabDid not read the lab order so not enough blood was drawn! Had to take my handicapped son back(to another location this time) to do another drawl!And they were Unfriendly, unhappy people didn’t even great us!

I would hope your providers would have better communication to their patients when addressing medications. Asked for a refill and was told several times it was filled then they can't then they can if apt scheduled. Scheduled apt and then they said still no can't refill. Now I know why patients use little clinics at Kroger more efficient in helping avoid hospital stays.

I was able to visit with Dr. Walters with short notice by video. I was in a lot of pain so that was important.

I've been fortunate enough to have had Dr. Gallus for over 20 years. I feel his genuine caring for his patients shows every time I've seen him thru regular health-check visits. He's not only willing to listens to his patient's thoughts and concerns, but also freely involves them in the healing process when requested. I value his advice and look forward to my semi-annual visits with him.

Horrible unfriendly staff. I will never set foot in any ST Elizabeth hospitals, and I can say the same for my family. It seems nothing has changed since I came here 12 years ago. The way I was treated at this place will be something I hope to forget.

I would rate them a 0. Staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional. They all seem like they have a stick up their butt. Feel very judged whenever I go there. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. DO NOT GO HERE. Never been to a place with staff that act that bad. Not sure how they are still open.

Although I have never had an issue with Dr. Robert Fitz, his continually rotating staff has many issues. The medical assistant is always someone new, often making incorrect statements on my record, serious mistakes. The scheduling department is short with me on the phone, and has confused an annual physical for an acute appointment, delaying my annual physical another three months until I was able to get in. "Heidi" in billing is rude and insistent on incorrect "unpaid" bills. She sends frustrating notes via MyChart, then blocks any further responses from me, forcing me to go over her head to have the issue resolved. You must be proactive in your own health records and billing if you're going to deal with this office. Dr. Fitz is wonderful though.

I am not sick. Blood work taken 3 months ago and was fine. No need to see a doctor. Yet, they won't re-new my medications until I schedule an appointment and see a doctor. Sounds like extortion to me.
