They’re amazing folks working with smiles on their faces all the time, she exceeded my expectations, above and beyond she went to the back trying to find a box to wrap my items and she couldn’t find one and she went to another room trying to find a solution for my problem and she got a plastic bag and started to wrap my items and finally my problem was solved. And this wasn’t the first time in fact, every time I go to that office they show professional attitude and provide the best advice and solutions to my issues. I really recommend that office for your postal service, I always have a great experience here.

I am beyond impressed with the exceptional service provided by USPS in Union. My package was mistakenly addressed to a different location (due to an error from my sender). This morning, I submitted a service request, and to my amazement, the Postmaster personally called me, located my package, and delivered it to my home himself. This level of dedication and commitment to customer service is truly outstanding. Thank you, USPS Union, for going above and beyond to ensure my package was delivered safely. Your efforts are deeply appreciated !

I signed up for a P.O. Box that I never used, later within the 30 day period after having signed up for the P.O. Box I requested a refund and only got a partial refund. The Post Office policy clearly states that I have up to 30 days to requested a full refund on a P.O. Box that wasn't used and one that I never got keys for. By the way I in part canceled the service because when I initially went to get the P.O. Box I was given keys to a P.O. Box that didn't work, so I was told they were gonna get the lock changed. So the guy at the desk kept the keys due to them not working. On my receipt for the refund they clearly have me down for returning two keys which is not true because I never had been given keys that actually worked because I had never returned to get them. I never used the P.O. Box and I deserve a full refund not a partial one.

I was missing a package andAngie personally drove to my mailbox area, checked all the boxes, and found my package!I would never have expected someone treat me in such a kind way, and go above normal customer service expectations like she did.
