Id give this place a minus score if I could. It is the absolute worst place I've ever been to. I've been in Kroger and their subsidiaries all over the US and this place SUCKS!!! They are always priced higher than the area stores and the lack of customer service Tops the charts as the absolute worst in the country. Nothing is ever priced as advertised and their deli/fresh meat and seafood are anything but. This place smells like an unwashed vagina. HEY KROGER you need a revamp on management for this piece of junk store.

I'll stop by this Kroger yesterday to pick up a few items while I was in the area. I went in and the store was very clean and very spacious it looks pretty new. The shelves were filled and I was able to get the items that I was looking for. So this is a good store for Valley Station

I am reviewing this Kroger as a disabled customer. Over the past three months, I have brought to the attention of all management staff the poor maintenance of their motorized shopping carts for the disabled. I have been given the excuse many times "they are used throughout the day so they naturally run down" to disprove that I have arrived the moment they opened only to find the carts in the same condition. There are about three of the carts that are actually in good condition. It's a roll of the dice if you are lucky to get one. From my experience, I have arrived moments after opening and found a cart that appears to be fully charged, only to make it to the rear of the store and die on me. The staff is very ambivalent about their disabled customers. I can have a motorized cart full of groceries and have it fail in the middle of the store. If I am lucky to find a staff member they are not willing to help me transfer to another cart or even at least get a manual cart and assist me to the checkout lane. As a cancer patient who eats mostly fresh foods and unprocessed foods (whole vegetables, meats and etc) I find it especially offensive when the managers say "you can get us to do your shopping for you with the click list... it is free." It may very well be free but it means I might get good quality stuff or stuff I would never pick out. It also means that If I order a pound hamburger I might get three pounds when I need one. There is no way to specify quantities or costs of meat I am willing to pay. In short, I know what I need for my health... and I like to pick it out myself. Furthermore... I find more and more isles blocked by the stockers who seem to get very miffed when I ask if they can clear the cardboard or move their carts so I can pass down the aisle. I truly do love Kroger, but this review reflects on how I am treated solely as a disabled customer. Yes, Kroger has the nicest meats and very nice fresh vegetables... BUT if you can't access them then it tends to become an afterthought. I am hoping someone at the store or corporate level will read this and hear me. I know I am not the only person complaining about the batteries in the riding carts. Even the baggers up front say we hear it all day long. NOTHING is ever done. Shame on you.

Very nice, updated and well kept Kroger location just off Dixie Highway in the valley station portion of Lousiville Kentucky. I'm not a big Dixie Highway guy or Kroger guy. I don't really frequent either places often. However I was in a situation where I needed to grab some sodas and snacks for a funeral visitation across the street so ran in here real quick. The store is actually very nice and well kept. Stocked well and the workers were all super nice. Everything was well labeled and easy to find and they had several lanes and u scan lines open and Available. Overall was a good experience and serviced the purpose that I needed it to. Which is all you can ask for a shopping store like Kroger.

Not a 24 hour store. App & Reward Points. Pharmacy. Clean & well organized. Fair selection of products. Good prices & sales. Self checkout is great. Redbox. Gas Station. They don't stay open past midnight anymore, I would give them at least 4 stars if they were 24/7 again.

Smaller than the regular Kroger but then most people know you if you are a regular. Probably the best clicklist location but they sometimes aren't too quick to stock. Not super clean but getting there. I like the super Kroger down the road better.

This is one of the best Kroger in Louisville and one of the most up-kept. I absolutely love to shop at this one for groceries although grocery shopping is my least favorite thing to do. I can even get my gas here with my rewards points. Kroger may not be on the cheap side but this location has just about everything I could need.

This Kroger isn't my favorite one but it's close to my home. I have ordered clicklist from here and have been pleased with the service. The deli doesn't have a huge selection of specialty cheeses or sushi options. Wish we had a salad and olive bar option. I can say I've seen an improvement in the waits in line. The free Friday deal is always near front of store wish I appreciate. I hate getting a free item and then have to search the store to find the it. The employees are very nice and the customer service counter folks seem very willing to help.
