Love this location . It's always clean and stocked . The staff is always friendly. Every other dollar generals are dirty truck carts in the aisles . Vanessa and her staff are awesome !

Absolutely no need to be rude. I have never encounter a phone call with such rudeness as I just did.
When you go in the store even though they have a sensor to let the clerk know someone is at the register, you will still wait for several minutes. I understand 1 to 3 minutes. But easily 5 minutes. Makes you wonder if what you're buying worth standing there.
If you need something off top shelf just forget about it. They have signs that say ask for help. But they get mad if you do and huff and puff. But if you attempt it on your own they huff and puff about it.
I feel like it's on the situations Where they work there, An establishment that sells items, For people to buy. But if you go in there and buy something is a constant attitude or as if you have inconvenience them.

I love my dollar general. Always clean. The employees are very nice and helpful. They just need help to keep the place stocked. Verona KY and Warsaw is the worst store I've been in. It's never cleaned up. Trashed. Never anything on the shelves just everything sitting in those carts and we have to dig them out ourselves. I might as well get paid if I gotta help people because the stock isn't on the shelf's.

I watched one lady going off on a girl who is new. The girl said. Peggy I didn't know I wasn't supposed to do that.. whoever that Peggy is, that's not how you treat a new employee.looked like she was about to cry. Pretty sure that's bullying.. sad face.. I wanted to put no stars . That really upsets me.

The Verona location is the better one of the franchise locations that I've been to locally even though it's smaller they usually keep everything stocked.
