From a truckers perspective this place is awesome, easy access for lowboys, good clean gravel yard, and getting checked in to get yard access is a breeze.

They tried to make me pay for something when I was out bid on the item because auction company ran me up and then pulled their bid so that they could get more money for the item because they were not happy with the way the last 4 trailers didn't bring the price they were wanting so they were trying to make it up by running the price up on the last trailer I think everyone should stop buying or selling items through Jjkane auctions

I have been a longtime costumer. Purchased numerous items in Verona over many years and have been pretty happy with the equipment. I have had 3 different issues over the years with titles and one issue with a skid loader that was sold as running and moving. All 3 of the title issues were never resolved and all 3 cost me more money. The skid loader that was sold as running that wouldn’t start, I had to pay to repair on my own at a dealer. Cost several thousand dollars and I was told by the branch manager that if I had to have it repaired to run he would help me out. That was 5 months ago. Manager told me I had to go report it all online to costumer service. That was 3 weeks ago and I’ve never heard back. My experience with their costumer service tells me I never will hear from them. It’s a shame too, I like their stuff. Unfortunately the worst costumer service I’ve ever dealt with in any industry. BUYER BEWARE.

Absolutely the worst. Nobody has answers and still waiting on a title from 16 months ago. Was threatened with legal action if I kept calling. Nothing like giving away over $11,000 on a truck that has an imaginary title

I love these auctions but if they don't go back to in person auctions I'm done dealing with them. The post covid setup sucks and I will not stay there customer if they keep this practice up.
