“Shout out to Rodney, Vanessa, and Brandon for being a wonderful representation of your facility!!! It has become so rare to interact with people that are kind and helpful and it is so refreshing to see that Walton PO apparently takes these qualities seriously. You all keep doing what you are doing, everyone could take a lesson from you!”
“I'm shocked at the poor reviews here! This summer I have visited the post office about once a week to drop off packages, and I'm greeted with exceptional service every single time. The employees are some of the friendliest, most helpful, and most patient staff members that you will ever come across. I had such a pleasure getting to chat with them this summer! They really are a lovely group of employees at the front desk, and these negative reviews do not reflect my experience with the front desk workers here. The staff is so amazing.”

“They’re amazing folks working with smiles on their faces all the time, she exceeded my expectations, above and beyond she went to the back trying to find a box to wrap my items and she couldn’t find one and she went to another room trying to find a solution for my problem and she got a plastic bag and started to wrap my items and finally my problem was solved. And this wasn’t the first time in fact, every time I go to that office they show professional attitude and provide the best advice and solutions to my issues. I really recommend that office for your postal service, I always have a great experience here.”
