Had a wonderful mani/pedi. Salon owner and her husband are so kind. I had a wonderful massage as well. It was raining after my appt and she was kind enough to drive me down the street back home.

I was there last week. They charged me $70 for some nails I didn't order. I left a $10 tip and they took another $10 off my card. Horrible service.

I was really disappointed during my recent visit to Apple Nails. I used to go there before switching to a private nail tech, but this time brought my little sister along. The cleanliness of the place was appalling. The tools weren't sanitized, and there was a dirty recliner that looked like someone had been sleeping in it. I even spotted a roach!
I got red French tips, and they turned out poorly. The pricing was also outrageous; I paid $65 for my nails and $60 for my sister's, totaling $127 for bad nails and an unpleasant environment. I do not recommend this salon.

do not go here. came here with my mother and my two sisters. my mom got a pedicure and was the only one that was spared. my sister gets her toes painted and leaves the salon with a large black hair painted into her white polish all the way across her big toe. my other sister has tips put on then ripped off by another employee and then redone, she was cut and burned several times and by the time she was done she couldn’t do anything but sob at the product. i had tips put on and glued to the skin surrounding my fingers, when i said sir you glued that to my skin i was told it would be filed off of my skin. i ended up leaving the salon before he could start doing my design with only tips and hunks of glue all over the place. the place was dirty, nothing was being sterilized, they used the same towel on my mother and my sister, and the only thing i could do was immediately go and get them removed and redone, when i got them redone the nail techs were appalled and gawking at what the techs at this place did, after soaking my hands in bowls of hot acetone for almost an hour they finally got all of the glue off. don't waste your time here.

Listen, I don't ever give one star reviews so let me tell you when I say they deserve it, I'm being serious.
The place was visibly dirty. They did not pull their utensils out of sanitary liquid but out of drawers. They were unorganized and just felt gross. I did not see any sign of an autoclave for cleaning their utensils. They picked thru used cotton to find clean parts. Gross.
That was not the worst part because....
Then I saw his hands. Cracked and bleeding. The man trying to do my nails had a fungus. Cracked hands like that are from fungus. Look it up. I've had it and know the symptoms. It was so terrible having it but! It's treatable! and yet is extremely catching.
Do not go here. I called the health department because this was so shocking. My best friend and I left and will not ever return.

I went in for a regular Pedi and manicure, by the time I left it was already coming off ..as I got to looking closer they were not even shaped. I went back two days later and showed them ..The lady and her husband said yes we will correct but reg polish don't stay on good .I told her I would pay the little extra for Gel and they removed polish and repainted them .when done the gentleman said 50 dollars ..so I paid 75 dollars first day and then 40 the next two days for them to correct their mistake .she said oh I give you 10 dollars off .I will not be back ...What happened to if you have a problem they will correct .my nails are a mess .

i just moved here, i’m 15, and i had had acrylics done somewhere else, i went in wanting to get them removed and a new set, and was refused. they offer acrylics here but the lady told me not to get acrylics because they couldn’t get them off also when i picked my color she said they didn’t even have that one even though it was on the color wheel. the SNS i got was perfectly fine, but she literally refused me acrylic even though they offer it

I came here because it was recommended by two very good friends I drove over 2 hrs away. I came in with a full set that needed to be removed as it was well over do they removed 9/10 nails refused the pinky simply because I had mentioned it was sore from hitting it against something a few days prior. I was not given the opportunity to pick out the polish I wanted but told what color I was going to get. I walked out of the salon with my nails as pictured. I ended up paying close to $55 for that! I was later told that these were the new owners but at the time of the appointment the original owners were “on vacation” that’s what I was told by the woman and man who was there. It’s safe to say I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend. Also would like to throw in that a wooden stick was used on my cuticles and when the gentleman was done with my nails he threw it on the cart for the woman who’s pedicure he was doing next.
