Zach (Versailles, KY) was the salesperson that helped me. He answered all of my questions and explained things thoroughly. He had me out in 30 minutes. Great young man!!! AT&T should be proud to have him on staff.

David did an exceptional job with moving us from tmoblie to att. It took maybe 10 minutes. Our bill was lowered and we still have the better services and coverage no dead zones where we live.

Don’t come to this location! I’m glad there are other AT&T stores to choose from, because thanks to Ashlyn L@ Versailles I will no longer be using this facility. They gave incorrect information when I upgraded a line, and when the time came for a trade in, I was told the phone I was turning in wasn’t part of the “gimmick” special. So from now on I’m taking my future business elsewhere.

It would take two pages to adequately communicate how rude and unprofessional Ashlyn was today. Textbook break every rule of what excellent service is in an unbelievable window of thirty minutes.I've been an ATT client for as long as cell phones have existed. Nothing like this has ever transpired.So this store:Apparently there is no manager. No local recourse for a very serious mistake that needs correction. The staff all work independently and Ashlyn had no qualms about letting me know that her coworker could lose his job over this mistake. She indicated no concern for him, despite letting me know they were friends. I'm unnerved and irritated. What I thought was an easy stop in to follow up kind of thing turned into a full blown mess that I am left to manage on Monday. Ugh.

Don't go to this store. They went through the process of an upgrade for me, but my payment wouldn't work at the end. They left my phone how it was, essentially my old phone without a new sim card.. I had no data for 4 or 5 days. The next day I went in, say they don't know how to fix the problem, same with the day after. I finally caught up with the manager on a Saturday, where she signed me up for protection plan, and something called Next without my permission. Doubled my bill for the next month. Just astounded.

Useless store can't troubleshoot only can sale. I have came here few times every time was a fail. Had to go to different store to get customer service. They might as well shut down this location.

My father got a new phone and needed some assistance activating it and transferring his contacts. He first went to the Frankfor and Lawrenceburg store where the employees told him they couldn't help and treated him like a nuisance. Him and I visited the Versailles store on Monday and worked with Kate and we could not be happier. She was eager to assist and took care of everything in a matter of 15 minutes or less. She was patient and attentive. We will only visit this store from now on.

Outstanding customer service never have I received such welcoming aura from employees of phone services. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to transfer to a new carrier.

I appreciated the service and helpfulness of the staff. It was a good experience. The staff person who helped us - I think her name was Ashlynne was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions.

There's this one guy who works in there who is always rude. He was rude to my Dad about transferring a phone number to the point that my dad finally gave up and changed his number just to get a phone. If you want good customer service go elsewhere.I was told in a condescending manner that my son's phone was ineligible for the Next upgrade because of a scratch on the screen & technically a scratch is a crack. So I've been paying for a service I can't use because this guy says so. See photos of phone. Does it look like it's in poor condition? I'll be going to another store and if the results are the same, Verizon here I come
