UPDATE: Received a response to contact customer service after my review. She listened she empathize then she investigated. I have a 3 month rx that was called in July 16 so as for the reason I was given only a month at the same copay pay as a 3 month supply and signing up for 3 month alerts no reason except mis communication?
Well I got my necessary medication as usual.. no apology but sometimes its hard to let go..I get it. Do miss the regular RX tech and I sought him out to tell him so. Ok thank you service rep I appreciate you facilitating my order.
I've been coming here a long time and the little idiosyncrasies usually don't bother me but...
I came in last week to pick a refill that for the last 5 plus years I get in a 3 month supply. This date,Thursday they only have 1 month.
Hmm I ask why and was told only got a one month RX and that 1 month or three would cost the same copay. So I asked for the 3 month to be filled. Was told they were closing for lunch I would need to come back...
I got busy and didn't get back the same day my fault. I come in Tuesday to pick up they say they don't have a RX.. I explained that I was told it needed to come back only now to be told I need to contact my doctor to get 3 months. I asked why I wasn't told that last week.. no answer. Pharmacist stepped around and said we could expedite the 30 day supply. I said ok ..then the tech steps up and asks what I want.. I say the Pharmacist just said she would fill one month. The tech seems frustrated I said I just take the one month from the other day.. but no she nows says that was canceled. WHAT.. Some consistency would be appreciated. So if I have this automatic refill service from CVS why then am I not getting it refilled.
Thinking about changing pharmacies.
Stop paying the 10 dollars for care pass and not worry about those coupons. Spend my money elsewhere.
WILL SEE BUT DANG IT DOESNT HAVE TO BE THIS HARD..

I can't stand CVS. Unfortunately because of my insurance I have no choice but to use them. However they never answer the phone, the automated system is infuriating as well as always under staffed. It is absolutely ridiculous to have one tech and one pharmacist at the busiest time of day for pick ups. If my insurance wasn't what it is I would not be using CVS at all. My Fiancé also has these same issues with CVS. Oh and this says nothing about the prices compared to an independent pharmacy. Independent pharmacies are cheaper and more preferable for good costumer service.

This isn't where I fill my prescriptions, but I find other medical related products and many other incidentals here. Some items may cost more, but by the time I get through using their coupons, I often come out ahead and it's worth it for the convenience.

Change your times online so people actually know when you’re open and they can get items

I've never been to a CVS where the person checking you at as well as the pharmacist are rude. As i was shopping inover heard a gentleman ask why it was taking so long to check out, the cashier said I'm waiting on the pharmacist to put in a code thar i dont have. The man voiced his opinion that there wouldnt have been an issue if that was told to him in the beginning. The cashier and pharmacist pretty much disrespected the gentleman. Thats when i decided to leave and take my business elsewhere

Everything was expensive. Waiting for medicine would take forever only one person there, five or six people in line. The girl in the pharmacy department was not in a hurry at all. Up front wasn't that much better either. My advice is to start going to Walmart bigger variety cheaper prices.

Picked up a prescription. 4 customers in front of me, one worker checking everyone out. 6 other workers behind the counter. 2 of them on the phone, the other 4 working filling meds. Would have thought 1 of the 4 could have ran the there register.

I went to CVS to pick up a quick snack. They had a great inventory, including exactly what I wanted. The check out process went smoothly. It was an excellent experience.

Quite possibly the most rude woman ever works there. Coming out on the parking lot and telling people she is going to tow them. Well I was going to come in your store but you ran me off. WHAT A Bit(h ! -10

Extremely rude clerk at front register, and not the first time. She got mad at me because she didn't see the photo envelope laying on counter, and that I had given her the receipt for the photos, not the bar code sheet, which I didn't know I was supposed to give her. She then said I should not have used the photo machine because there were printed copies laying in the bin, from an online order. I said I was not aware that I should not have used it, it wasn't busy. She said there should have been a sign in the machine. But it wasn't so how should I know not to use it. It was her error and she blamed me. This is not the first time she has been rude to me, and others that I have witnessed. The pharmacy was helpful with a question I had, therefore the 2 stars.

Drive through?... No. Wait time?... Always over 90 minutes, even with no other customers in the store. Friendly pharmacy staff?... Hahaha hahaha! I've never caught such a nastier attitude, from my phone call with the new pharmacist to in-person with a "0 to 100" attitude from the pharmacy tech. There are very few chain pharmacies in Versailles but theres a Walgreens 10 miles east and a wonderful CVS 8 miles west in Frankfort. Definitely worth the extra gallon of gas to avoid the monthly headache. Never again at the Versailles location.
