Family Practice near Versailles, KY

“I have been going to their practice for several years. I have my favorites. Some personalities just clash, but I am picky about who I see. I don't like change. There have been 2 that have left that I was extremely fond of. I have always liked seeing Dr. Smith. He listens to me, and when I was in the hospital, he went out of his way to have a specialist come to the hospital from out of town to see me. My only complaint is that it take so long to get to see Dr. Smith but I am random. I call when I sick, and I just have to see whoever is available and it's not usually that day. I really should not have any complaints, but like I said, I don't like change. I have never had any issues with staff. They dontey to work with me when I need to be seen. I believe when nurse oractionsrs leave it just takes some time to get things back on track. My opinion is give them a try. There are two offices. Versailles and Midway. To bad they don't have reviews about their patients, I would be in top of that list as I am difficult to deal with at times. It is very hard to get through at the Versailles office, but Midway is very easy. Thank you Dr. Smith and staff, for putting up with me. I give a high rating!”

I always get answers to any questions I may have & Dr Haddix, his PAs & nurses spend whatever time is needed to talk to you, diagnose you & explain anything necessary. And they are great at taking emergency appointments!”
