After placing my order online, I followed up with a phone call as I simply had questions. These questions were simplistic enough. Such as the delivery process and so forth-
And without skipping a beat each question and phone call was answered! When there was a slight delay in delivery due to circumstances. They immediately communicated this and consistently stayed in contact to confirm its delivery. These folks were fantastic! And the recipient of the flowers loved them!
